Acupuncture is a great form of treatment to help calm the mind in cases from mild every day stress’s to diagnosed emotional disorders. Not only do we look at your sleep schedule and nutrition (who knew sleep and diet could affect our emotions so much…. 😉 ), we also work to replenish your body’s own Qi (“chi” energy) to re balance and harmonize.  It’s about treating the root cause of the imbalance, versus just the symptom.  In doing so, we begin to feel more in tune with our bodies and are better able to cope and manage.
