Fees and Payment Policy

Can I afford chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage care?

Absolutely yes. Most insurance companies cover all or a significant portion of these treatments. Insurance coverage from your employment and/or your spouse’s employment may be eligible. We will be glad to assist you in determining your coverage. Even without insurance coverage, chiropractic care is affordable, feel free to discuss the various options with our office. All health care fees offered by this office are within the recommendations set out by the Alberta Chiropractic Association.

We direct bill multiple insurance benefit companies for all of our services.  Call our office today if you have any questions regarding our insurance claims, services, and/or to book an appointment.

Family Care

The purpose of our office is to help families achieve optimal health with the benefits of our services. An affordable plan can be made available for additional family members for chiropractic care.

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time each service is rendered. Pre-payment of your recommended chiropractic and acupuncture care is also available at a reduced treatment fee.

Initial Exam: $40

Treatments: $45

Re-Examinations with Treatment: $50

Additional Services:

  • Shockwave: $60 for one area ($30 for each additional area)
  • Laser Therapy: $40

Massage Fees:

  • New Patient Visit: $65
  • 30mins: $50
  • 45mins: $65
  • 60mins: $80
  • Additional fees apply for Kinesio Taping, Shockwave Therapy and Laser Therapy.

DIRECT BILLING PAYMENT  AGREEMENT

We are happy to offer direct billing for the following companies:

Chamber of Commerce, Cowen, Desjardins, Great West Life, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc, Maximum Benefit or Johnston Group, Standard Life, Sun Life Financial and Alberta Blue Cross.

We provide this service as a courtesy. For reasons beyond our control sometimes claims are refused or delayed.  This does not remove your responsibility to pay for the services rendered.  If you want us to direct bill we need a credit card on file. In the event that your claim is delayed or denied we will charge your credit card within 5 days. We will provide you with a receipt that will allow you to be reimbursed directly if you have remaining coverage.
