Happy Thanksgiving from the Hidden Valley Health Center team!  We hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend.  I, Dr. Cindy, am excited to be back at the clinic working.  Although it did not feel like I was really on maternity leave as I was often in the clinic as a patient receiving postpartum treatments from my awesome colleagues.  I truly believe that being proactive with acupuncture, herbs, chiro and massage, helped me return to work healthy, and feeling completely like my pre pregnancy self after only 4 months!
